Daredevil 3 Starts Shooting Tomorrow

With The Defenders out of the way, Marvel Netflix is now moving on to Phase 2 of their series, with Daredevil 3 in the works. Season three is already in the fast tracks, and production is already starting on Monday.

The show has been codenamed Ringside and it seems appropriate as Matt Murdock's father was a boxer before he died. Shooting in the location will take place from Nov 13–16. We don't know that much else about what's being shot in the location.

With the third season of Daredevil, Marvel Netflix is bringing back Vincent D'Onofrio's fantastic Wilson Fisk a.k.a. Kingpin. He was introduced as the main villain of the first season, but took a step back in Season 2 to make way for Elektra and the Hand. Either way, it was still fun to watch Fisk take control of an entire prison and go toe-to-toe with the Punisher.

Rumor has it that Daredevil 3 will be borrowing heavily from the Born Again comic which has Daredevil out of his luck as the Kingpin learns of his secret identity—using this info to ruin both the lives of Daredevil and Matt Murdock. Of course we don't expect the comic to stick too close to the source material, but everyone is already excited to see what's in store.

After the cop out that was the ending of The Defenders, I'd like to see Marvel Netflix try to redeem itself this time around.

No official release date has been set for Daredevil 3,but it could probably come out late 2018.
