Dad Shares Mind-Blowing Star Wars: The Force Awakens Theory About Kylo Ren

Obviously, spoilers from Star Wars: The Force Awakens ahead, so turn back now if you haven't seen the movie yet.

A Star Wars fan shared her dad's intriguing theory regarding Kylo Ren's shocking action in The Force Awakens. Near the end of the film, we see Kylo Ren kill his father, Han Solo, with his lightsaber, but we still don't know exactly why he did it. Although we heard J.J. Abrams explain the reasoning behind that scene, a lot of questions the film raised are still left unanswered. This theory from murphcooper.tumblr makes a lot of sense, and I actually hope Episode VIII and IX will reveal this plot twist.

So what do you think about this theory? Do you think Kylo Ren wants to be a Sith so he could "bring balance to the Force" and kill Supreme Leader Snoke? After all, it seems that he has his own personal agendas as shown when General Hux tried to ask him if his actions were motivated by his own personal motives rather than his will to follow Snoke. Perhaps, he'll be the saga's Severus Snape --misunderstood at first, but with a hidden motive to do what is ultimately good: vanquish the great evil.
