Concept Artist Shares Possible Look At Captain Marvel’s Costume

With Marvel Studios focusing on the release of Thor: Ragnarok and Avengers: Infinity War, very little attention being given to Captain Marvel for now. With the movie still slated to come out in 2019, artist Andy Park shares his render of Brie Larson as Captain Marvel.

The costume is very close to the more modern iteration of the character from 2012, and so far we can't see any specific special features other than the fact that it's a full body suit. Of course, we also have to take into consideration that this isn't what the final costume looks like, and we'll have to wait for Marvel to make the official reveal. 2019 is still such a long way to go.

We've been getting bits and details of the movie lately, but nothing yet on the full story. For one, we know that the movie will be set in the 90s, and it will feature shapeshifting alien enemies in the form of Skrulls. We will also be getting a 90s version of Nick Fury with a healthy pair of eyes, and it's also possible that an older Peggy Carter would be making an appearance.

Though Marvel may be dominating in the box office, DC has finally gotten the upper hand with their release of Wonder Woman. Sure the DCEU may be younger, but it didn't wait for more than ten years to finally pump out a superhero movie led by a woman.

Captain Marvel comes out March 8, 2019.
