Check Out This Sketch Of Luke’s Dragon-Head Walking Stick In The Last Jedi

Lucasfilm might be trying its best to keep Star Wars: The Last Jedi under wraps before it releases in December this year, but it seems like rumors about the highly anticipated sequel trilogy installment continue to make their way online.

The most recent rumors involve Mark Hamill's old and jaded Jedi master Luke Skywalker. Though Daisy Ridley's Rey successfully returns Luke's blue lightsaber during the end of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, there's still no certainty whether the Jedi would be willing to wield the weapon again, especially after previously losing his disciples to the Dark Side.

However, while Hamill and Lucasfilm have mostly been playing coy about Luke Skywalker taking up his lightsaber again, it doesn't mean the Jedi won't be using any other weapons in The Last Jedi. There have been a number of rumors saying that among the gear Luke brings with him in The Force Awakens sequel is a walking stick and now an illustration by Making Star Wars gives fans a look at what the publication calls "an accurate depiction" of the item in the film.

Check it out down here:

With the close-up image of the head of the stick showing a dragon or lizard-looking face, it's easy to wonder what kind of significance this new item might have to Luke. Does it have a hidden weapon? Is it a Jedi item? Or is it a simple walking stick used to walk around in Ahch-To?

Let's wait and see.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi hits cinemas on December 15, 2017.
