Bryan Singer Teases Stan Lee Cameo in New X-Men TV Series

Stan Lee's latest Marvel cameo in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2recently confirmed a theory about his role, and now it looks like he will be showing up in FOX's potential series basedon the X-Men franchise. Bryan Singer, who's directing the pilot for the show, has given us a glimpse of the production, by sharing a photo on Instagram of Stan Lee's cameo.

We've seen Lee cameo in a bunch of films and TV shows based on Marvel comic books, so it's not surprising to see Stan Lee is in FOX's spin-off of X-Men.

SInger didn't provide any details about Lee's cameo nor anything about the premise of the X-Men show. Lee is seen carrying a bag, but what's in it?

This isn't the first time Lee has filmed a cameo for an X-Men project. We've seen him appear in the first X-Men movie (2002), X-Men: The Last Stand, and X-Men Apocalypse. He also showed up in last year's Deadpool, which is also set in FOX's X-Men universe.

This new X-Men pilot marks the beginning of Fox and Marvel's second direct partnership on TV, which will air on FX. The pilot is being written by Matt Nix, the creator of Burn Notice, and it is said to be connected to the X-Men films.
