The Marvel Cinematic Universe's Spider-Man is known to be a huge Star Wars geek and his occasional references prove that he knows a thing or two about the franchise. Now, the MCU's one and only Peter Parker could be making the jump to the hyperspace onto a different location in space as Tom Holland is rumored to be in consideration to appear in a future Star Wars project.
The rumor comes from the good folks over at Geekosity who claimed that Holland is actually being eyed to star in a future Star Wars project. The said project could either be a full-length film or a Disney+ series. As of writing, the report has yet to be confirmed so of course, like any other rumor in the galaxy, take this with a grain of salt.
If the rumors ended up being true, the Uncharted actor would be an interesting candidate, to say the least, and it's something I'm not entirely thrilled about if I'm being honest. I'm saying that because Holland isn't exactly a fan of the franchise and he's previously confirmed that even though his Marvel character is presented as a fan of the Skywalker saga. But given that Lucasfilm is under Disney's umbrella as well, just like Marvel, it's not entirely impossible. It's also worth noting that Marvel Studios' head Kevin Feige is set to produce his own Star Wars project so I'll leave it up to you to connect the dots.
