Beauty and The Beast's Emma Watson Used To Ruin A Lot of Takes in Harry Potter

Even a seemingly perfect bookish, feminist like Emma Watson can make mistakes.

Though the young British actress is often considered as one of Hollywood's most prominent young rising stars, Watson used to have a few hiccups while acting back when she first started out in the Harry Potter franchise.

During an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live where Watson shows up to promote the upcoming Beauty and The Beast live-action that she stars in, Jimmy Kimmel suddenly confronts Watson with a few of her itty bitty errors when she first acted in Harry Potter. Showing a outtake scene between the 9-year-old Watson, Rupert Grint, and Danielle Radcliffe, fans get to see he young actors delivering their lines with ease, while Watson mouths the lines of her co-stars quite visibly.

"You laugh! This is actually quite traumatic for me, because I created issues because of this," Watson told Kimmel and his studio audience. "I would ruin takes. [Director] Chris [Columbus] would be like, ‘Cut. Emma, you're doing it again. You're mouthing Dan's lines,' and I'd be like, ‘I'm so sorry, so sorry. Oh, I feel so bad.'"

It's terribly endearing how the young Watson was so quick to learn the lines of her co-stars on the set of Harry Potter. It just goes to show why the British child star was chosen for the role of Hermoine – Watson's personality just evoked the character In every way.

Watson returns to the big screen as another bookish maiden in Beauty and The Beast which premieres on March 17.
