Watch Rick and Morty Present the Emmy for Best Reality Show

The Emmys are never short of fantastic performances and fun antics, and the 2018 awards show decided to have the award for Outstanding Reality/Competition series presented by everyone's favorite reality-hoppers Rick and Morty. The Emmys hasn't officially released the video yet, but thanks to Reddit, we have a video of Rick and Morty's short skit before the announce.

It's funny that the Emmys would pick Rick and Morty to present, counting that the showrunners basically trash on reality television constantly. The very first season even had an episode trashing The Bachelor, leading Rick to introduce the family to inter-dimensional cable.

It's worth noting that Rick and Morty didn't walk out of the Emmys empty-handed as well. They just recently won the Emmy for Outstanding Animated Program. They beat out shows like Big Hero 6: The Series, Bob's Burgers, The Simpsons, and South Park.

Personally, I think it's insulting that they didn't even include BoJack Horseman or Big Mouth.

For now, we still don't have a release date for the fourth season of Rick and Morty, but we do know that a lot of content is coming our way. Adult Swim had just greenlit the show for a whopping 70 episodes, but we don't know if Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland are planning to split that into several seasons.

One thing's for sure, Rick and Morty is a big hit, and it's here to stay for quite a while.
