Watch Leaked 7-minute Clip from The Mandalorian Screened at SWCC 2019

Star Wars Celebration brought us clips for both The Rise of Skywalker and Jedi: Fallen Order, but we didn't get anything officially released for Jon Favreau's The Mandalorian. We already got a look at the sizzle reel and teaser that leaked online, but now we also have the leaked 7-minute clip from the show that was screened during the panel.

Check it out:

A lot of things are confirmed in 7 minutes. For one, it looks like Carl Weathers' character is a type of booker, and he gives bounty hunters intel on different jobs. We also have confirmation that Pedro Pascal's Mandalorian does indeed talk, and he pretty much plays out like Boba Fett from the original trilogy—looking cool and not saying much.

There's also a bunch of other things we get, like the confirmation of Werner Herzog playing what seems to be an ex-imperial. There are also a lot of neat nods here and there, like the Kowakian monkey-lizard being cooked plus the security cam that looks a lot like the one from Jabba's palace. It's also said that Herzog's prize for the Mandalorian working for him is the same type of armor that's used for traditional Mando armor which is also said to be very pricey.

We don't know when Lucasfilm will officially release these clips, but some speculate they will come out as Disney starts marketing for their streaming service. Then again, with all these leaks, I'm hoping the studio just gives in and releases all the clips officially within the week.

The Mandalorian is set to come out alongside Disney+ which launches Nov. 12.
