The Rise of Skywalker Concept Art Gives Us 'The Oracle' and Vader's Castle on Mustafar

With every major Star Wars release, Lucasfilm has been coming up with a compilation of concept art dubbed The Art of series. The Art of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is set to come out later this March, but some photos have made their way online and have been driving fans crazy with speculation.

One such image has Kylo Ren talking to "the Oracle" at Mustafar and you can even see Vader's castle looming in the background. You can check out the image here.

The Oracle was something that had been teased in leaks before the film came out, and a lot of people are sure that it was a scene that ended up on the cutting room floor. Seeing as the start of TROS was one of the most jarring, I would have loved to see more of Mustafar as a location, especially since it's changed so much since we last saw it in Rogue One. Besides, the scene with the Oracle would have helped flesh out Kylo's character motivation a bit more.

Seeing as how many people didn't like how The Rise of Skywalker came out, fans have been rallying behind a leak that supposedly reveals that Disney had taken creative control from J.J. Abrams and gave us the mess that we got. We don't know if they'll ever release a Director's Cut of the movie, but if the OT can have special editions, then why not this last film? Besides, if there's money to make, why would Disney say no?

For now, you can catch Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker now in theaters.
