Telltale Making a Stranger Things Game

Telltale has made some great story-based games based on shows like The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones, and now news has it that the next series they plan to adapt is Netflix's highly successful Stranger Things.

This was confirmed via the Telltale Twitter account:

For now, we don't know who the games could focus on, but I would guess that it wouldn't focus on Eleven and the gang, but rather some alternate story that connects to the Upside Down. Then again, I wouldn't be opposed to the game focusing on Hopper and strange occurrences in Hawkins or maybe the rest of Eleven's "siblings."

No release date has been confirmed for the game, but hopefully we get our first look later in the year. A good time to give us a sneak peek would be during the launch of Stranger Things 3, which hopefully comes to Netflix this Halloween.

Stranger Things has become quite the breakout show for Netflix, and has given a lot of attention to the Duffer Brothers and Millie Bobby Brown. Besides some likeable adult characters, the show absolutely shines with their child cast; Mike and his gang are just the cutest bunch of nerd kids in television today.

No release date has been announced for the Telltale Stranger Things game.
