Star Wars TROS Figures Give Us Look at Knight of Ren and Sith Jet Trooper

With all the big Star Wars properties coming in November/December, Lucasfilm has been very careful when it comes to the marketing of The Rise of Skywalker. We have yet to get a full trailer for the film, but some toys have been making their way to the market. Thanks to u/theonlyfidget on Reddit, we have a better look at a Knight of Ren as well as a Sith jet trooper.

What's interesting about the Knight of Ren is that it has the weapon that was supposedly spotted in Dryden Vos' collection in Solo: A Star Wars Story. I'm sure it doesn't really have a significant connection, but it's a neat Easter Egg for fans who like attention to detail.

As for the new jet trooper, it has a very bulky look to it compared to the First Order trooper—maybe that's because its armor comes from being built during the Imperial era. Rumor has it that the Sith troopers were a secret army that Palpatine kept hidden away, and Kylo Ren will discover them in the film. It's said that there's a Sith TIE pilot that will come with a jetpack so it can keep fighting after its ship is blown up. I'm curious if that soldier is the same as the jet trooper, then again, he doesn't come with the breathing apparatus that all TIE pilots have.

We don't have any idea when the full trailer for TROS will drop, but with the movie set to come out in a few months, I think October would be a nice time. Let's just hope Lucasfilm doesn't wait that long because I know the fans are just dying to hear more.

Catch Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker in theaters Dec. 20.
