According to Kessel Run Transmissions, there are currently plans to develop a series based on Mandalorian royalty Bo-Katan, and what's more, the series will also involve Mando ally Cara Dune (Gina Carano).

We don't know how far into development this series is yet, but we do know that multiple shows have been planned. Over the course of several months, we've had word on series in development for characters like Ahsoka Tano, Mace Windu, and Lando Calrissian. That's not to mention animated shows like The Bad Batch and the Rebels sequel as well.

Personally, I think they can just meld this Bo-Katan/Cara Dune series with the Ahsoka one, seeing as they both focus on the same era; plus all three characters work for the same side. If anything, some people don't think this series will actually fly now, seeing that Gina Carano is currently experiencing a wave of cancel culture because of some ‘homophobic tweets.' I personally didn't think they were that bad, but we'll just have to wait what Cara Dune's future will be to know what Disney thinks about all of it.

In the meantime, fans are expecting Bo-Katan to make her first live-action appearance in the second season of The Mandalorian which premieres on Disney+ on Oct. 30.
