The very first teaser for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker had shown Rey going up against Kylo's TIE Whisper, and a lot of people are excited to see more of the ships and aliens that TROS has to offer. Just in, a Porsche commercial has some shots of the new TIE that actually look like they come from the movie.

If anything, the shot looks pretty great, and I think it could definitely pass for a clip from the film. I don't know what Porsche is building up toward, but this feels like a first of many Porsche x Star Wars ads.
Going back to Kylo though, I was kind of hoping that he gets a ship that looks way more different than the standard TIEs that we've been getting with the Sequel Trilogy. I know the films want to feel like the OT, but I feel there's just some wasted potential when it comes to ships. They're even bringing back the Y-Wing which was deemed outdated during the time of the OT (if you follow the canon).
If anything, I'm just nitpicking. The new TIE still looks great, and I can't wait to see it in action. Here I am just wondering if we'll ever get to see Rey in a pilot costume because that would be fantastic.
