Billy Dee Williams' made his triumphant return in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker as Lando Calrissian and his costume is basically the same color scheme as Lando from Solo: A Star Wars Story. What's funny is that the costume looks oddly similar to that of Adam Sandler's in A24's latest hit Uncut Gems.

If anything, the costume match is a fun coincidence, and I'm sure the costume department had no idea that they were unwittingly making a Star Wars reference.
For now, everyone seems to be enjoying performances from both Williams and Sandler when it comes to their latest projects. Sandler is getting praised for his performance in Uncut Gems, and a lot of people are commenting on his tendency to drop unexpected, serious performances. Williams, on the other hand, is being embraced by the fandom in his return as rogue gambler/pilot Lando Calrissian.
As a fan of Solo: A Star Wars Story, I'm crossing my fingers that we get more of Donald Glover's Lando in future Star Wars projects—heck, we should get more of everyone who was involved in that film. I absolutely love Emilia Clarke's Qi'Ra, and Alden Ehrenreich absolutely makes the role of Han Solo his own. If Lucasfilm isn't willing to do a film, fingers crossed we get a Disney+ series. If it can happen for Obi-Wan, maybe it can happen for everyone's favorite nerf-herder?
