Star Wars Battlefront II: Data Miners Find Dooku's Fight Animation

Obi-Wan may have dropped last month, but we still have two more heroes to look forward to in Star Wars Battlefront II. January will see the release of Count Dooku, and some data miners have found his fight animation plus some emotes as well.

Here's the animation put on the model of Obi-Wan:

If you watched The Clone Wars, you'd have noticed Dooku fighting in a style where he puts his arm behind his back. I have to say, out of all the lightsaber wielders in the game, Dooku stands out for fighting with the most finesse; it even makes Obi-Wan look uncivilized.

Battlefront Updates also has some new info on Dooku's fight abilities as well as emotes. Like I guessed, he's going to be the first lightsaber user to use Force lightning, but it's very likely that his bolts won't be as powerful as Palpatine's. Other than that, his other abilities seem like boosts to himself or possible ability disablers.

When it comes to emotes, he comes with four: Brave but Foolish, Looking Forward, More Powerful, and Sith Control. Probably the most meme-d line her is "I've been looking forward to this," but I kind of wish they included "Twice the pride, double the fall," from Revenge of the Sith.

No doubt DICE will be adding some more things into the game soon. The only question is when.

Dooku drops sometime in January, so, for now, all we can do is wait. Star Wars Battlefront II is now playable for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
