Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse Co-Director Teases a BoJack Horseman Easter Egg in the Film

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse has finally hit Netflix, and every fan is celebrating it online. What's interesting is, co-director of the film Rodney Rothman teases that there's actually a BoJack Horseman easter egg in the movie, and he's challenging fans to find the screenshot.

This was his post:

We don't know if this was a deliberate Easter Egg for the Netflix release, but I wouldn't put it past the animators to have this kind of gem hidden somewhere in the movie. So far no one has posted anything, but my guess is that it could have something to do with Peter Porker since he himself is a talking animal just like BoJack.

Sometimes movies can go years with some Easter Eggs not having been found, but at least now we know that there's something to look for. No one even found out about Stan Lee's second cameo in the film until the home release.

Then again, what if this is just some elaborate ruse to pump up the views of Spider-Verse when it first came out? Very clever, Mr. Rothman.

Catch Miles Morales in the animated Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse which is now available on Netflix (along with BoJack Horseman). For some newer Spidey adventure, you can check out Spider-Man: Far from Home which hits theaters July 2.
