#ReleaseTheSnyderCut: Zack Snyder Urges Fans Not to Lose Hope

An article from Variety came out yesterday basically putting a damper on the whole #ReleaseTheSnyderCut movement by saying that WB has no interest in ever releasing the film. With some fans left losing hope, Zack Snyder has urged fans not to give up just yet.

This was an exchange on Vero when a fan asked Snyder to comment since he was "losing hope." Snyder simply replied with, "Don't."

If anything, the article that came out seemed kind of lacking when it came to info on the Snyder Cut movement. It talks about WB not wanting to spend millions to fix an unfinished film, but Jason Momoa himself has commented weeks ago that Snyder had already finished the cut through his own resources. I mean, it doesn't have to be true, but the article should have at least mentioned it.

Not to mention the overwhelming support that #ReleaseTheSnyderCut has been getting from multiple Justice League actors as well as Snyder himself. They're likely in the know about the official status of the Snyder Cut, and it wouldn't make sense for them to suddenly participate if there wasn't even a hint of WB changing their minds.

Of course, for now, all we can really do is wait and see. A lot of people are hoping that the movie will be released on HBO Max, but the Variety article also out down that hope yesterday. Only time will tell when WB will eventually give in.

A Snyder Cut for Justice League hasn't been officially announced, but the next DCEU film, Birds of Prey, is set to come out Feb. 7, 2020.
