New Stranger Things Season 3 Stills Give a Better Look at the 'Grown Up' Cast

Netflix has just dropped their new trailer for Stranger Things Season 3, and with it also comes a batch of new still shots that give us a better look at the upcoming season.

What's interesting is, the show seems to be leaning in on the growing child actors and it looks like we're going to be seeing the try to handle puberty. We also have the teens from the first season going through their transition to adulthood with Jonathan and Nancy seemingly looking for jobs and Steve landing one as an ice cream vendor at the Starcourt Mall.

It also goes to mention that it looks like the show is slowly building up to a romance between Chief Hopper and Joyce Byers. Ever since the first season we've been shown that the two have a rapport with each other, and with Season 2 promptly offing Joyce's love interest, the door is pretty much open for single dad Jim Hopper to jump in.

There are also a bunch of new characters in the show, but one that's been getting the spotlight is Robin who will be working with Steve at the ice cream shop. While I'm guessing she's going to be a potential love interest for Steve, I'm hoping that the showrunners do something more unpredictable with her.

Catch Stranger Things 3 when it premieres on Netflix July 4.
