Game of Thrones’ Ser Jorah Will Play Batman in Titans

That was quick. While Batman's shadow usually looms over the stars of DC's Titans, he has yet to make an appearance on the show. What's interesting though, is that they've found someone to play older Bruce Wayne, and he's someone you'll know if you're really into Game of Thrones.

As per Deadline, Iain Glenn, who plays Ser Jorah Mormont on GoT, has been cast as Bruce Wayne in Titans. This is the official description of the show's version of Batman:

"After decades of fighting crime as Batman, billionaire Bruce Wayne is just as driven to protect Gotham from evil as he was in his prime. Needing to reconcile his relationship with Dick Grayson, the duo hope to forge a new dynamic as Bruce tries to help his former sidekick and the Titans achieve success."

While I'm not expecting Batman to be a series regular in the show, I am expecting to have a recurring role in the series. After all, this is Dick Grayson's story, but it would be cool to see some teasers of his rapport with Batman when the two were still working together.

I think Glenn is a fantastic piece of casting for the series, and it's great that they managed to nab him for the part. He has a very nice presence when it comes to playing Ser Jorah in GoT, and I can see some of it translates to his role as Batman. I just can't wait to see him in action.

No release date has been set for Titans 2.
