Full Trailer for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Said to Debut on ESPN’s Monday Night Football

A lot of people are excited about the release of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, but as of now, we have two short teasers and no full trailer. The good news is, it looks like we'll be getting a full preview before the month ends.

According to Black Series Rebels, the full trailer for TROS will drop on Oct. 21during half time of Monday Night Football on ESPN.

While we should take this news with a grain of salt, the source has been known for some substantial scoops before. No official announcement from Lucasfilm has come out, but it's likely we could get something in the following week to gradually hype up the release.

With Star Wars being one of the highest anticipated films of the year, hopefully, Lucasfilm doesn't manage to give too much away with the full preview. If anything, they've been doing a great job for the past Star Wars films, and they don't even have to alter scenes digitally like what Marvel Studios does with their trailers.

I have a feeling this full trailer is going to be the last official one, but we're probably going to get some sizzle reels as well and several other TV spots. If anything, Lucasfilm has one heck of a marketing juggling act for November, seeing as they also have to promote the release of The Mandalorian and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

Catch Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker when it hits theaters Dec. 20.
