Expect More Star Wars Reveals On Disney’s D23 Expo

Star Wars Celebration may be coming this April, but it looks like more reveals are going to be coming during Disney's D23 Expo in July. With the upcoming celebration said to focus more on The Last Jedi, D23 is said to have the official title for the Han Solo movie announced as well as some future projects in the franchise.

The rumors come from Star Wars News Net, and announcements for the Han Solo movie may be kept to a minimum during Star Wars Celebration in order to give more focus to The Last Jedi. The site also speculates that, in order to give a steady push on Han Solo's marketing, the best option for more reveals would be at the D23 Expo as well as SDCC 2017.

Aside from the Han Solo movie, it's possible that the Disney Expo could focus on some updates to other incoming Star Wars titles. For a while, fans have thought that there was going to be an Obi-Wan Kenobi spin-off movie, and there was news that Fantastic Four director Josh Trank was working on a Boba Fett solo film.

Then again, Disney has a lot of other titles to focus on other than Star Wars, so the expo could also shed some light on upcoming Disney projects like Gigantic or the live-action Mulan film. Let's also not forget one of the main moneymakers in the Disney banner — Marvel Studios. Some fans may be more excited for the release of Avengers: Infinity War then Han Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Star Wars Celebration is set to happen from April 13–16, and Disney's D23 Expo kicks off July 14–16.
