Emilia Clarke: No One had a Good Time Making Terminator Genisys

Right now, Tim Miller and James Cameron are working on a sixth Terminator film, but before that, there were plans to kickstart Terminator with Emilia Clarke playing the lead of Sarah Connor. Unfortunately Terminator: Genisys was a flop when it came out in 2015, but Clarke is actually ‘relieved' that she didn't have to return to the franchise anymore.

Talking to Vanity Fair, Clarke opens up about her experience along with Game of Thrones director Alan Taylor who was at the helm of Genisys. She explained that Taylor was:

"… eaten and chewed up on Terminator. He was not the director I remembered. He didn't have a good time. No one had a good time."

She even said that the production for the Fantastic Four reboot—which was also said to be horrible behind the scenes—made jackets for the crew saying "AT LEAST WE'RE NOT ON TERMINATOR".

As for Clarke, she is said to have wrapped up her final work on Game of Thrones, and we should see her final moments as Daenerys Targaryen sometime next year. For now, she's promoting the release of Solo: A Star Wars Story, where she plays (fantastically, if I may add) the love interest of a young Han Solo, Qi'Ra.

Solo: A Star Wars Story hits theaters May 25.
