Dead by Daylight is a survival horror game which basically puts players in an 80s slasher film where they have to outrun invincible killers. What's cool is the game has announced a tie-in with Netflix's Stranger Things, and we're getting the likes of the Demogorgon, Steve Harrington, and Nancy Wheeler added to the game.
By the looks of the trailer, we're also going to have a new map in the form of Hawkins Lab. We don't really know what the Demogorgon can do other than maul people to death, but it would be cool if the devs found a way to give it different powers like shifting through walls and whatnot.
As for the playable Nancy and Steve, I always thought that Nancy would be better paired off with her love interest Jonathan, then again, Steve is arguably one of the more popular characters in the show. Then again, there isn't really someone they could pair him with other than Nancy. I mean, there's Robin, but we only really met her in the last season, and this looks to have been in development for a while.
Plus, there's probably no way the game would be so cruel as to let us play Dustin and watch him get brutally murdered.
The Stranger Things DLC will be available this coming September. Dead by Daylight is currently playable for Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Android, and Windows.
