BossLogic Re-Imagines Dumbo Posters for Batman Villains

Though Aladdin may be the live-action Disney movie that's recently been in the spotlight, this year will also see the release of Tim Burton's remake of the classic Dumbo. Some character posters have been released for the film, and internet artist Boss Logic has decided to have some fun and edit them into posters for Batman villains.

I'll be honest, it's completely slipped my mind how closely Dumbo is tied to Batman. For one, both films are directed by Tim Burton; plus, Michael Keaton and Danny DeVito have both been in the franchise as Batman and the Penguin respectively. Does it also count that Dumbo ends up wearing make-up that's similar to the Joker's?

If anything, this is just some neat fun on the artist's part. We don't know when the next Dumbo promos are going to come out, but it's likely they'll be dropped soon as the movie is set to come out in March. Reception for the trailers has been good, and it looks like a good chunk of the fanbase is onboard to see what Tim Burton has in store for Disney's live-action re-imagining of Dumbo.

Circus owner Max Medici (Danny DeVito) enlists former star Holt Farrier (Colin Farrell) and his children Milly (Nico Parker) and Joe (Finley Hobbins) to care for a newborn elephant whose oversized ears make him a laughingstock in an already struggling circus. But when they discover that Dumbo can fly, the circus makes an incredible comeback, attracting persuasive entrepreneur V.A. Vandevere (Michael Keaton), who recruits the peculiar pachyderm for his newest, larger-than-life entertainment venture, Dreamland. Dumbo soars to new heights alongside a charming and spectacular aerial artist, Colette Marchant (Eva Green), until Holt learns that beneath its shiny veneer, Dreamland is full of dark secrets.

Dumbo comes out March 29.
