Borderlands 3 Gets Crazy 'So Happy Together' Trailer

Borderlands 2 came out back in 2012, and seven years later, 2K is bringing us back to the wasteland with Borderlands 3. Just in, they've dropped a crazy new trailer for the game, and it's set with the song So Happy Together by The Turtles.

The main highlight of the trailer is the co-op game mode, but it's also cool that we got a lot of trippy visuals. And just like the previous games, we're going to get four new classes with each a different play style for the game: The Siren, The Beast Master, The Gunner, and The Operative.

While the previous games did start with four playable classes, they have since expanded to let players try out six instead. It's not yet sure if Borderlands 3 will expand on available characters, but it's rumored that the devs are thinking about expanding on the current heroes, possibly adding a new skill tree and a new action skill.

If anything, the game looks amazing, and it sticks a lot to the trademark Borderlands aesthetic. With the last game being such a hit, a lot of pressure is on 2K to deliver with this third game; kind of hard to do considering that their announcement for this game was littered with leaks and an awkward presentation.

2K Games' Borderlands 3 will be available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC and will launch on Sept. 13.
