While Marvel Studios hasn't announced anything official yet, there is without a doubt that production for Black Widow has already begun in Budapest. We've been seeing some stunt videos of Widow driving around a motorcycle with a blonde riding behind her, but we may have new footage that actually has Scarlett Johansson herself riding alongside Florence Pugh.

As I said, nothing official has been announced for the movie yet, but we can get some clues as to what to expect from the movie. For one, there is evidence that could suggest that Pugh is playing Yelena Belova, who could very well be the next Widow in the series. In the comics, Belova is the second Black Widow, and she was actually alluded to back in Infinity War when Johansson's Widow colored her hair.
With the setting of Budapest, everyone is also expecting to finally find out what happened between Hawkeye and Natasha there. I never really needed it to be explained, personally, but if Marvel can get an interesting story out of it, why not? It's pretty much like Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
No release date has been announced for Black Widow yet, but everyone is expecting some kind of announcement during SDCC 2019. Hopefully, we also get updates on other Marvel films besides Widow like Shang-Chi, The Eternals, and Doctor Strange 2. I'm not holding my breath for it, but it would also be cool if we can get an update on the MCU's X-Men and Fantastic Four.
Black Widow is speculated for a release in 2020.
