Avengers Endgame: Russo Brothers Share BTS Look at Thor

Avengers: Endgame had just hit Blu-Ray/DVD, and everyone involved with the film has been hard at work promoting the release online. Just in, the Russo Brothers give us a look at Chris Hemsworth in Thor's final battle look for the movie.

I have to say, out of all the things that were kept hidden in the marketing, Fat Thor had to be my favorite. It was insane enough that they made him gain weight for when he was introduced in New Asgard, but I thought it was cool that they kept him that way for the entire film. I never would have expected that a fat Thor complete with dreadlocks and a braided beard would be one of the coolest things in the film.

With reference to Thor's journey in the MCU, some are hoping that he plays a major part in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 since Endgame did conclude with Thor riding off with the Guardians. Of course, Thor is also expected to make an appearance in Thor: Love and Thunder which is set to come out in 2021. We don't know how major Hemsworth's role is as his Thor, but we do know that Natalie Portman will be taking center stage as the new God of Thunder.

Avengers: Endgame is now available for digital, Blu-Ray, and DVD. Thor: Love and Thunder is set for a release on Nov. 5, 2021.
