The Russo Brothers were well known for their work in comedy before they started making Marvel movies, and they had tried their hand on shows like Arrested Development and Community. We know that the last two Captain America films had Community cameos, and they reveal that there could be something in store for Arrested Development fans in Avengers: Infinity War.
Talking to to Andy McCarroll Movies, they revealed:
"There's a few surprises coming. I would say that Arrested Development fans should keep their eyes open in this one."
It's worth noting that Civil War had the appearance of the Bluth Family staircase car during the airport battl e sequence. A lot of people are suspecting this Arrested Development-related surprise to be a cameo appearance from one of the principal actors. I'm thinking it's going to be an appearance by the famous Bluth Frozen Banana stand.
Though they seem to have embraced action films more, it's cool that the Russos still remind us of their comedy roots. With Danny Pudi and Jim Rash making cameos in the Russos' latest films, I wonder if there are going to be Community cameos for Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers 4.
Avengers: Infinity War comes out April 27.
