Aquaman Jason Momoa Takes A Photo With Marvel Legend Stan Lee

Though both people who run DC and Marvel admit that there shouldn't be a rivalry, fanboys sure love taking sides; and Aquaman actor Jason Momoa seemed that way as well. However, during an appearance at Wizard World New Orleans, Momoa took the time to take a photo with Marvel comics legend Stan Lee.

When Momoa was first introduced as Aquaman, he made the rounds on the net when he signed a poster of himself and captioned it with "F**k Marvel." We don't know if he still keeps up that attitude toward the franchise in public, but it seems that he's cooled off for now.

After the disappointing reception of Justice League, it's no mystery that the DCEU has again found itself in the dust of Marvel Studios. Wonder Woman was a fine success for Warner Bros, but I'm curious how its box office numbers will compare to Avengers: Infinity War.

For now, Momoa is set to star in the only DCEU movie slated for a release this year—Aquaman. This will delve more into Arthur Curry's relationship with Atlantis, and will have him going up against Patrick Wilson's Ocean Master for the throne.

Aquaman is set for a release on Dec. 21.
