Ant-Man And The Wasp Gets Certified Fresh Rating On Rotten Tomatoes

Ant-Man and the Wasp is just a couple of days away from its big premiere and it looks like the film's ready than ever. Not only does the Ant-Man sequel have promising early reviews, it's also earned a Certified Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Gathering together the reviews of about 22 critics online, Rotten Tomatoes has just recently managed to crunch the numbers and figure out whether the film was either a Rotten, o Fresh. The answer? Ant-Man and the Wasp is Certified Fresh, gaining an 84% score from different critics. That might not seem much in comparison to Avengers: Infinity War, but it's a pretty decent score for the final film of the year for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The film's predecessor, Ant-Man, ended up with an 82% score once it finished its theatrical run.

Of course, Ant-Man and the Wasp's critic score could change once the film finally premieres this week, but we don't expect the film to go anywhere below 80 to 75 percent on the review aggregator website. After all, Marvel has a reputation for success, and this year has been nothing but successful for the franchise.

Black Panther was a huge hit for the studio, and so was Avengers: Infinity War. It's hard not to imagine Ant-Man and the Wasp not being another win for the MCU.

Ant-Man and the Wasp hits cinemas July 6.
