Andy Serkis Decides Which Is The Most Ridiculous Snoke Fan Theory

Supreme Leader Snoke is one of the Star Wars sequel trilogy's most mysterious characters and ever since the old wrinkly First Order leader appeared in The Force Awakens fans have been cooking a lot of wild fan theories about the villain's origin.

Now, in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Snoke actor Andy Serkis decides to name the most ridiculous Snoke fan theory he's come across. The winner? The one that suggests that Snoke could actually be a withered version of the prequel trilogy abomination, Jar Jar Binks.

There's been quite a number of Snoke fan theories going around, and being the motion capture actor for the character has helped Serkis familiarize with all the different speculations. Some think that Snoke could have been Mace Windu, others think he's a reincarnated version of Anakin Skywalker, while others claim that the First Order's Supreme Leader is actually Star Wars Rebels' Kanan Jarrus.

Though a lot of the theories are pretty far-fetched, the most outrageous one is definitely the one that ties Supreme Leader Snoke with the annoying prequel trilogy Gungan. Though George Lucas created the character to serve as comic relief, the goofy Gungan instantly raked in a lot of hatred from the fan base and no one would forgive Lucasfilm if the studio decided to tie in Snoke with Jar Jar.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi hits cinemas December 15, 2017.
