Ixalan season is about to start, and for those who are planning to go to one or more of the remaining Magic: the Gathering Grand Prix this year, you'll be delighted to know about which playmats you could get at the events. Wizards of the Coast just revealed the Grand Prix playmats from the end of this month until Grand Prix Madrid on December, and they look fantastic. I'm glad that the design for the Ixalan don't focus on The Gatewatch, so that means more opportunities for pirates, vampires, and dinosaurs to shine. Check out the playmats below:
Grand Prix Shizuoka & Providence:
Each team for the Team Limited main events will get one of each of the three double-faced playmats. Search for Azcanta (art by Magali Villeneuve), Growing Ries of Itlimoc (art by Grzegorz Rutkowski), and Arguel's Blood Fast (art by Daarken).
Grand Prix Hong Kong, Phoenix, & Liverpool get the playmat featuring Daring Saboteur (art by Victor Adame Minguez):
Grand Prix Shanghai, Warsaw & Atlanta get playmat featuring Sun-Blessed Mount (art by Joe Slucher)
