All 151 1st Generation Pokémon Are Getting New Plush Toys in Japan

Beanie Babies may be a thing of the past but there's a new wave of first gen Pokémon plushies coming, and many of them will be available this month. More of them will be on sale later this Fall.

The official Pokémon site announced that thirty plush toys based on Generation 1 Pokémon will be available this month at the Pokémon Center shops in Japan, and the next batch will feature another 121 plushies, completing the total 151 Gen 1 Pokémon

Each plushie will be sold for 1,100 yen ($9.90 USD), so if you want to collect all 151, that would cost you 166,100 yen or $1,492 plus sales tax. No international release has been announced yet.
