2 New Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 2 Clips Released: 'Death Button' & 'Sovereign Fleet


With the staggering amount of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 promotional footage Disney and Marvel have released so far, I'm worried that they might be revealing too much, but I know that James Gunn included a lot of surprises that we haven't seen in trailers or clips so far, such as the one involving Sylvester Stallone and another with David Hasselhoff. So far, we've only seen a couple of clips from the film, and now, two more clips have been released: one called Death Button and another called Sovereign Fleet.

Death Button features Rocket Raccoon instructing Baby Groot on how to operate the bomb trigger. This is a hilarious scene and it makes me wonder what Baby Groot would actually do.

Sovereign Fleet sees the the Guardians inside a Milano in a space battle against the Sovereign fleet. Again, Rocket Racoon makes another scene hilarious. I'm excited to see how this fast-paced sequence will turn out. Watch the clip below:

Synopsis:

Set to the backdrop of ‘Awesome Mixtape #2,' Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team's adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos. The Guardians must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mysteries of Peter Quill's true parentage. Old foes become new allies and fan-favorite characters from the classic comics will come to our heroes' aid as the Marvel cinematic universe continues to expand.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is set to release in theaters on May 5, 2017.
