Sushi chef Okitsugu Kado (you can call him "Oki") made some sushis that will give you a taste of the galaxy far, far away. These Star Wars-themed sushi rolls look delicious, but some might find them too cute to eat.
He showed two different kinds of sushi rolls: The Darth Vader roll and the Tuna (maguro) roll of the Rebel Alliance's emblem.
He used an egg, rice, sweet sauce and eel to make the Vader roll. Check it out:
The tuna (maguro roll) also comes with the vegetable carving of Jabba the Hutt. He calls it a "tekka roll", which is a sushi roll with raw runa. Check it out:
