More and more details are getting released every day regarding Zack Snyder's original version of the Justice League. From behind the scenes photos, plot hints, and even the potential ending of the trilogy. But a new photo shows Henry Cavill's Superman rocking a new suit.

Taking to Vero, Snyder seemingly confirms the fans' speculation of seeing Superman in a black suit sometime in the Justice League movies. The director shared a new photo of the hero in the said suit, and wrote, "My Superman." You can check it out below.

In addition, Snyder also answered some of the fans' questions in the comments section and confirmed some things about the black suit. Pertaining to the other films he had planned, he claimed that "it was all meant to have the black suit."

He also confirmed that a fan was "right" about a scene where Superman looks at his suits at the scout ship. He passed the black one and opted for the red-and-blue one. However, in Snyder's cut, he revealed that the hero went back to the black one.

It certainly would have been cool to see Superman in a completely different suit in contrast to the original colors that people always have seen him in. However, Justice League costume designer Michael Wilkinson previously said in an interview with Digital Spy that as the "tone of the film developed," the filmmakers "felt" the red and blue suit "seemed more appropriate" to the story.
