WWE's Samoa Joe Voices King Shark in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is going to be an interesting release, to say the least. Featuring four-player co-op and the ability to switch between all members for single-player, it's going to be a release many DC fans will be keeping their eyes on. The game won't come out until 2022, exclusively for next-gen consoles and PC, so we'll be keeping an eye on how Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, and King Shark "kill" Superman and the Justice League.

Now, if you're a WWE fan and watched the trailer you'll probably think that King Shark sounded familiar. That's because he's voiced by former two-time NXT Champion and current Raw commentator Samoa Joe. Anyone who has heard the man speak knows that Joe has a voice that everyone needs to listen to so we're very happy to see the WWE superstar get a role like this.

King Shark is about to get his profile raise, with The Suicide Squad likely using him in a major way and with many of us hoping he gets voiced by Taika Waititi. The fact that he's one of the four playable characters in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League also means they have big plans for him. He's been a mainstay of the Suicide Squad comic books for a long time so we can't wait to see him eat the spotlight.

As of this writing, Suicide Squad: Kills the Justice League will be coming out in 2022 for the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.
