Ninja Kamui Episode 7 Reveals Yamaji’s Master Plan Is Now in Motion
By the end of episode 7, it was revealed that Yamaji is executing an ambitious plan, but the specifics of this plan have yet to be established in the series.
It's almost certain that it has something to do with AUZA, so he must get rid of Higan at all costs before everything goes down the drain.
Most likely, Zai plays a significant role in Yamaji's grand plot because he is the most faithful to him, as opposed to Emma Samanda, who chose to assist Higan in his vengeance.
Master Yamaji was once a true ninja who kept a heart under the blade, but when war came out, he decided on his own that the ninja organization should abandon Japan's jurisdiction and fall under the leadership of a greater force.
Worse, Yamaji chose to reveal the secrets of their ninja arts to outsiders, even though these foreigners were just collaborating with them for weapons and, more significantly, to kill people.
Despite the complaints from other ninjas, no one can stand up to Yamaji and the power he has. He can inflict pain on others by simply raising his hands in the air, as if he's choking his targets.
Why Is Master Yamaji Killing Ninjas in Ninja Kamui?
Master Yamaji is on a killing rampage, but he only targets ninjas who have been banished from the clan.
Despite his ironic collaboration with AUZA, he kills exiled ninjas primarily to protect the code and secret of their ninja arts.
Since assuming control, Yamaji has vowed to execute those who resist his orders or seek to defect since they will be automatically labeled exiles and thus exterminated.
As the organization undergoes drastic upheaval under Yamaji, countless ninjas depart in fear for their safety and to maintain the true ninja will, including Higan and Mari.
Mari’s face-changing system was not enough to save the lives of her fellow exiled ninjas since Yamaji had already figured out her technology thanks to AUZA.
In general, Master Yamaji is executing exiled ninjas who threaten his authority over the organization, and he will do so at any cost, even sacrificing a large number of pawns to achieve his master plan.
