What We Do in the Shadows Season 2 Trailer Reveals a More Powerful Energy Vampire

The second season of What We Do in the Shadows is coming and it looks like things are about to get interesting for the vampires of Staten Island. For instance, Laszlo and Nadja appear to be trying out some new jobs. In addition to that, Colin the Energy Vampire could be getting too powerful for his own good.

The trailer opens with Nandor, Laszlo, and Nadja being invited to a neighbor's "owl party" and it doesn't take long before the humans start commenting about their usual absence during the daytime. We're just hoping that this party doesn't end in disaster, but we wouldn't be surprised if it does.

We also get a glimpse at Laszlo and Nadja's "human music group" joining an open mic at a bar. First, they sing praises about each other but it looks like the audience isn't too impressed with their song which talks about being "horny for love."

Meanwhile, Colin is trying a new approach in an effort to drain energy. He reveals that he is now using humor to do so and it appears to be working. But is it working a little too well? By the end of the trailer, Colin is shown being able to drain energy instantly just by talking to people.

At this point, it looks like What We Do in the Shadows Season 2 is going to be just as hilarious as the first one. No word yet on whether Viago, Deacon, and Vladislav will be back. Nevertheless, we're already looking forward to Star Wars actor Mark Hamill's cameo.

What We Do in the Shadows Season 2 will premiere on FX on April 15.
