Ever since Margot Rabbie made her debut as Harley Quinn in the 2016 film Suicide Squad, fans have been captivated by her take on the character. She eventually reprised the role in Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) earlier this year. Now, she's set to make an appearance in James Gunn's The Suicide Squad this August, and it looks like Warner Bros. is already mulling over her next big-screen project.

According to a recent report from DCEU Mythic, Warner has begun "very early talks and discussions" about what the possible next Harley Quinn feature would be. While the outlet pointed out that the project is still uncertain, some fans will surely hope on the possibility of a Gotham City Sirens movie.

The all-woman team-up movie between Harley, Poison Ivy, and Catwoman was previously set to be developed by Suicide Squad director David Ayer. However, there's been no word about the project as of late.

Regardless of what project Harley would appear in, be it a solo film or a Birds of Prey-style ensemble movie, fans of the Cupid of Crime will be delighted by this news, knowing that WB is still dedicated to the character for future films.
