While plot details about WandaVision are mostly kept under wraps, the Super Bowl trailer shows that it'll be a sitcom-type series. Ever since WandaVision was announced, a few rumors about the show have surfaced, with a new one claiming that it'll feature an iconic scene from the Marvel comics.
According to Murphy's Multiverse, one of the earliest episodes of WandaVision will show Wanda hosting a dinner party. The outlet points out that it may likely be the first episode, seeing as there are multiple characters present in the scene. While it won't likely have the same lineup of guests like the ones in the comic, the outlet claims Kathryn Hahn's Agatha Harkness will be featured in the scene.
The scene in question is a dinner party from the comic panel of 2015's Vision #7. Along with Wanda, Vision, and Agatha, there's also Wonder Man, Quicksilver, Bova Ayrshire, and the Whizzer. You can check it out below!
Given the concept and narrative of the show, this dinner party scene could easily fit in. Should this be featured in the series, this can be a way to introduce the other characters and maybe get a sense of what's going on with the main characters. Considering that Evan Peters, who played Quicksilver in X-Men: Days of Future Past, is rumored to be on the show, there is a potential that he'll reprise his role.
WandaVision is set for release later this year.
