Ever since the Disney/Fox merger, there has been buzz about Dr. Doom finally appearing in the MCU. What's interesting is, the upcoming WandaVision series could be bringing us to the hometown of Victor Von Doom.

This is all speculation coming from Murphy's Multiverse, who has pieced together tweets from actress Sheila Knoxx. The first tweet has Knoxx saying that she would indeed be on WandaVision, and she follows up a few days later by posting "Doomstadt! In Helen!"

Of course, we should take this information with a big grain of salt, but the Bavarian town of Helen, Georgia could certainly pass for the capital of Latveria in the comics. We don't know how any of it would be relevant to WandaVision though, but it's speculated that we could be introduced to more magic users in the MCU besides Wanda and Doctor Strange.

Besides these Dr. Doom rumors, we know that the show will play out like a surreal sitcom, with Wanda possibly tapping into her reality-warping powers to bring back Vision. Seeing that her powers have somewhat devolved into lifting things with her mind, I would pretty much love to see Wanda attain her full potential. Maybe she loses control in this series, and we have Doctor Strange chiming in with Multiverse of Madness in an attempt to help Wanda control her powers.

How crazy would it be if we also got Charles Xavier coming in to offer his services?

For now, WandaVision is set to come out in the spring of 2021. The first Disney+ Marvel series, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier comes out in the fall of 2020.
