Henry Cavill has been delighting fans for years now with his performances as iconic fictional characters such as Superman in the DCEU and just recently, as the mighty Geralt of Rivia in The Witcher. His astonishing portrayals of the said characters have convinced a lot of fans that Cavill could take on virtually any other fictional/video game character should he be given the opportunity. Now, this new fan art is making the rounds all over social media and imagines how things would be like if Cavill ended up being cast in a potential Assassin's Creed series.

Artist Christ Ave unveiled his awesome fan art on Instagram depicting the Man of Steel star as Assassin's Creed: Syndicate character Jacob Frye and I gotta say, he absolutely looks the part! Cavill, of course, looks a little more jacked than the video game character but hey, it still works. Syndicate is a favorite amongst avid gamers and given that Cavill also happens to be a huge video game junkie himself, I'm pretty sure he'll do the role "justice" (no pun intended) if ever he's given a shot. Maybe in the future? For now, check out the fantastic image below:

Now, I think I speak for a lot of people that Henry would totally ace the role considering his already impressive resume and track record. The British actor is a tremendous worker and adding him to any project would give it an instant boost of star power that quite frankly, Henry just seems to possess. Not only that, but we all know how the dude is a massive nerd and knows a thing or two about effectively playing a character from a video game. The thing about Cavill is aside from the fact that he's a dedicated actor, oftentimes, he knows his stuff quite well which makes things a lot easier for him. And it also seems like Henry isn't afraid of getting stereotyped like most actors so I guess it'll be a huge win for all of us. However, this is all just wishful thinking as of now so we may have to reserve our excitement.

Meanwhile, the second season of The Witcher is coming to Netflix soon!
