The Batman Part II has reportedly cast the role of fan-favorite character Harvey Dent according to a recent scoop.
The highly-anticipated sequel has been in the works for a while now following the massive success of the first film. Recently, its release was delayed to 2026 as production delays hindered it from its original target of 2025 release.
So far, director Matt Reeves and DC Studios remain mum on the details of the sequel but we can expect the return of several characters from the first film as well as a new villain that the Caped Crusader will face.

Boyd Holbrook Reportedly Cast as Harvey Dent in The Batman Part II
BreakingFilm reported that Logan and Narcos star Boyd Holbrook has been cast to play Harvey Dent (aka Two-Face) in The Batman Part II.
They claimed that the actor was not initially available for the sequel as he was already committed to other projects. Fortunately, the delay paved the way for his schedule to be open for the provisional filming dates.
In addition, IMDb confirmed that Holbrook's stunt double Jake Tandy has joined the project which suggested that the rumor might be true.
So far, Warner Bros. and DC Studios have not commented on the claims that were made in the report.
If the rumor ends up being true, it looks like fans can expect Harvey Dent to be one of the villains that will be introduced in the sequel. That alone gives us an idea on what we can expect in the movie.
Holbrook is also a great choice for the role since we've seen in the past several years that he is a talented actor and can effectively play a villainous character such as Donald Pierce in Logan.
For now, let's wait for the confirmation on his casting which we might likely hear in the coming months heading to their production start.
