Terminator 6 Pushed Back to November 2019

The last two Terminator movies have been unsuccessful attempts at launching new franchises, and James Cameron and Tim Miller are teaming to start again with a sixthTerminator movie. Apparently, Terminator 6 has now been pushed back from its original intended release date.

According to The Wrap, Paramount has decided to push Terminator 6 back from its original July 26 slate to Nov. 22, 2019. No reason has been shared as to why the movie has been delayed, but now November is looking to be one busy month for films. Besides T6, the box office will be crowded with the likes of Wonder Woman 2, Bond 25, and Frozen 2. Sonic the Hedgehog is also slated for a late 2019 release, and it's worth mentioning that Tim Miller, who's directing T6, is attached to that movie as a producer.

Though we don't have a solid idea on what the story for Terminator 6 will be, we do know that Cameron and Miller are planning to relaunch the franchise with a set of young new faces with an appearance from original cast members Linda Hamilton and Arnold Schwarzenegger. It's also been said that the new face of Terminator will be Black Mirror's Mackenzie Davis.

Hopefully we get an update as to why Paramount has decided to push Terminator 6 back.

Terminator 6 is slated for a release on Nov. 22, 2019.
