Supernatural Season 15 just recently aired, which marks the final season of the show. And although the fans are looking forward to The CW series, it looks like fans got a very surprising update from star Jared Padalecki.
The actor was just recently arrested at a club in Austin which he regularly frequents. He was "busted by cops" on an early Sunday morning just outside of the said club called Stereotype. According to TMZ, he was "getting physical on the sidewalk" which eventually got the cops involved.
An eyewitness told the outlet that Padalecki allegedly "struck a bartender in the face." When one of his friends tried to make the actor calm down, he got put into a headlock by Padalecki. You can check out the video below.
The outlet also revealed that Padalecki "got into it" with the general manager, who the actor struck in the face as well. When he was restrained by the cops, Padalecki allegedly pulled out tons of cash which he then "flashed" to the officers.
Padalecki is said to be a regular, and quite possibly one of the investors of the club too. Which makes it a bit odd that the situation escalated into what is shown in the footage.
The actor is now facing two counts of assault and one count of public intoxication. His bond is set to $15k, but it is not yet known if he got bailed out. This could come as a shock to fans who have always adored his role as Sam Winchester in the Supernatural series. There's no telling how this news would affect his career, especially since the show is still ongoing.
