Stranger Things is still a huge hit with Netflix fans, so it's easy to see why there are so many people who are hyped up for the third season. The first two seasons proved to be fun, whilst having excellent characterization, great acting, and a lot of 80's references. While the wait for a third season has been somewhat painful, fans will be happy to know that the season might be done filming already, so we're one step closer to watching season 3.
According to the Instagram accounts of some of the show's actors, filming for the third season has been finished and everyone seems to be chilling. It's cool seeing them be more relaxed after, what we can assume has to be hard work. Acting isn't easy and everything we've seen from the show has been above average, at the least.
Now that the third season has finished filming, we can all assume that a trailer will be on the way. Everyone is also hoping that the third season premieres sometime next year, which is a possibility but nothing has been confirmed. Given the show's budget for special effects, we could get it in late 2019 or early 2020.
Because the actors are getting older, a time skip for the third season was announced so that will be interesting. We're all used to Eleven and the gang being kids, so seeing them older will get a lot of emotions out of people.
