Star Wars: The Last Jedi Chase Scene With Space Horses Detailed

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is one of the most highly anticipated films of the year, and while Lucasfilm has been doing its best from keeping the movie under wraps, it seems like leaks continually make their way online. Those who'd like to be kept spoiler free till the film's release better head on out, because this article will be tackling what might actually be a legitimate leak for The Last Jedi.

According to Making Star Wars, there's new information on the chase sequence on Canto Blight, the "casino planet" that's long been rumored to appear as one of the locations in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Apparently, the Space Horses that have been spotted on the Dubrovnik "casino planet" set last summer are actually called filthier, high dollar race horses with heads that look like a mix between the luck dragon of The Neverending Story and a tauntuan.

The alleged "casino planet" sequence between John Boyega's Finn and Kelly Marie Tran's rose begins with the two being chased by a group of men in what the site calls "luxury speeders" and the Star Wars version of formal wear. Finn and Rose try to make a get away in the stables, where they're met by an alien stable keeper and a few jockeys. Finn distracts the keeper and then steals away a filthier for the two to ride on however the Canto Bight mean catch up to them on a speeder. Luckily Rose manages to beat the guys on the speeder.

The site's source also sent the publication a few photos of the set. Check them out down here:

While the leaked sequence seems to be another exciting race for viewers to look out for in the Last Jedi, without any confirmation from Lucasfilm, the sequence remains nothing but a rumor. It would be best if fans took the information with a grain of salt for now.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi premieres on Dec. 15, 2017.
