This is where the fun begins. The Star Wars: Episode IX wrap is only the beginning. Star Wars has just teased on the possibility that the film's title and trailer will be revealed very soon.
The official Star Wars Twitter account in the UK has posted an interesting teaser after J.J. Abrams confirmed that Episode IX has wrapped principal photography. Take a look at the tweet below.
Interestingly, the Star Wars France and the Netherlands accounts have shared the same teaser. Could this mean that some major Episode IX news will be dropped in Europe first? We're certainly hoping that it has something to do with the film's official title and trailer.
There have been several rumors suggesting that the subtitle and trailer will be revealed this month. Considering that the first teasers for Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Star Wars: The Last Jedi were dropped just weeks after each film completed production, it's possible we'll be getting an update on Episode IX in just a few days.
The use of the Anakin Skywalker gif also had people wondering if Episode IX will have a major Skywalker connection. There have already been speculations that Darth Vader will have an appearance in the film since it would be the final movie in the Skywalker Saga. Could the Force ghost of Luke Skywalker be reunited with his father? This is still based on theory so we recommend taking this with a grain of salt.
Star Wars: Episode IX is scheduled for release on December 20.
